Our very first video (test video I should say, no judgement!) is online for all to bare witness to!
This video was done a few years ago with the help of my amazing brother Ryan (@rdotchung), whom also did a great job of editing it! Not too shabby. It was a lot of fun shooting this.
I was applying for a job and testing out some different ideas. Who doesn't love crab cakes? How do we take it to the next level? (Stuff the crab cakes with a lump of king crab meat that's been butter poached!)

They weren't so much crabby patties as they were giant softballs of deliciousness. I used the bourbon for the mayo - that was pretty dope. (Before we got started I made sure it was top quality bourbon of course!)
It was an all-around amazing experience that I'm trying to do more of. I hope you all enjoy watching - it's funny! Have some laughs!
