CURRY SPRING ROLLS 

Two, crispy fried spring rolls filled with tender chickpeas and potatoes in a mild and creamy coconut curry sauce, served with sweet and tangy apple-cranberry chutney.

Second Course

MAPLE-GLAZE SMOKED PORK RIBS

A half rack of pork ribs, dry rubbed, smoked and glazed with a maple BBQ sauce. (Or ask for Chef's spicy Jerk-maple BBQ sauce!)

Served with velvety, roasted garlic-mashed potatoes and fresh green beans, sautéed with cherry tomatoes in a rich, duck-fat infusion.

 

Third Course

SWEET POTATO CRÈME BRÛLÉE

Creamy, roasted sweet potato and vanilla-spice makes this classic French custard even more luxurious and melt-in-your-mouth.

Topped with crunchy, caramelized sugar.
